All this hunkering down and social distancing can be damaging to your mental wellbeing. No longer can we go to the local bars to drink, dance, and hangout. Going to a movie is off the table and we do not leave home to attend work anymore. The isolation can have devasting effects on those suffering from depression and other mental disorders.
